What can I expect from my first appointment?
The first visit is a chance to meet your therapist, discuss the area you are interested in receiving help with, and to determine if they are the right fit to help you with your therapeutic goals. By the end of the session, you should have a sense of how you and your therapist would work together, including therapy goals, type of therapy and frequency of visits. Please feel free to ask your therapist any questions you have related to their approach and the therapeutic process.
